Child Find Program
The Child Find program is provided
without charge to families who live
in the Scottsdale Unified School
District. The purpose of the
program is:
To identify young children who
are having difficulty in their
development
To provide services to these
identified children, when it is
appropriate.
Child Find provides developmental
screenings and, when appropriate,
a comprehensive multi-disciplinary
evaluation for children from 33
months to kindergarten age.
For Kindergarteners through age
21, please contact your local
school.
What is PANDA?
The Scottsdale Preschool Program for
Assessed Needs in Developmental Areas
(P. A. N. D. A.) provides preschool
intervention services for 3, 4, and 5yearold
children with special needs who
are not yet eligible for kindergarten.

has spaces available for all children.
THE SCOTTSDALE UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT IS HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE A PRESCHOOL PROGRAM THAT PROVIDES DEVELOPMENTALLY APPROPRIATE ACTIVITIES TO DEVELOP READINESS SKILLS FOR KINDERGARTEN.
A LIMITED NUMBER OF OPENINGS EXIST FOR TOILET TRAINED PRESCHOOLERS, AGE THREE TO FIVE (THREE AFTER SEPTEMBER 1) WITH DEVELOPMENTALLY APPROPRIATE SKILLS IN ALL AREAS, TO ATTEND A FOUR DAY A WEEK CLASS FROM 8:45-11:30 OR 12:30-3:15 MONDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY AND FRIDAY.
THE COST FOR THIS PROGRAM IS $30 PER WEEK.
